How to cancel Prime Video

Cancel Prime Video from your browser

Open your web browser and visit primevideo.com.
Enter your login credentials and the profile one you want to use.
Locate your profile icon in the top right corner of the screen and hover over it to see a dropdown menu. Choose “Account & Settings” from the menu.
Within your account settings, under the “Your account” you will find your subscription details.
Click the “End membership” button to terminate your subscription.
You will then be offered the choice to keep your membership or end it on the last day of payment. Click on “End on…”

Open the Prime Video app.
Log in to your account and choose your profile.

Tap on “Edit on Amazon” and then on “Manage membership”.
In the dropdown menu that appears tap on “Membership” and then on “End membership.”
