How to cancel Disney+
Ready to end your journey in the world of Disney, Pixar, Marvel, and Star Wars? Cancelling your Disney+ subscription is a simple process that can be done in a few clicks. Here are the steps to cancel Disney+:
Cancel Disney+ as part of a service provider bundle
- If your Disney+ subscription came as part of a service provider bundle (e.g. from your cable operator, phone service provider, etc.), you need to contact your operator to cancel Disney+ as an option on your monthly subscription. Cancel from your web browser
- Visit disneyplus.com in your web browser.
- Enter your login credentials if you haven’t already. If you have multiple profiles, select one of them.
- Hover your mouse over the profile picture icon in the top right corner of the screen and from the dropdown menu choose “Account“.
- In the Account screen look for a section titled “Your Plans & Billing” or similar wording. In this section click on your annual or monthly subscription.
- Within the “Subscription Details” screen, locate the button labeled “Cancel Subscription,” usually found at the bottom of the page, and press it.
