How to cancel Deezer Premium

Cancel Deezer Premium from your browser
- Go to the deezer.com website in your web browser and log in to your account.
- On the top right side of the screen click on your profile picture and then click on “Manage my subscription”
- A new tab will open. Make sure the “My subscrption plan” tab is selected in the left sidebar.
- On the bottom of the page you will see the “Cancel subscription” button. Click on it to move on to the next step
- A “Don’t leave”popup will appear. On the bottom of the popup click on the “Continue with cancellation” button.
- A cancelation survey will appear next. Choose the reason for cancelation and click on “Continue with cancellation” again.
- The next popup will ask you where you’re going to listen to music now. Choose something and click on “Continue with cancellation” to terminate your subscription.
- Congratulations! Your Deezer Premium subscriptions is now canceled.
